About StellarPM

Superyacht builders in Zhuhai, China, less than an hour's drive from Hong Kong International Airport.

StellarPM has been going for over 25 years. We build, refit and manage superyachts from our factory in Pingsha, Zhuhai, in China's Greater Bay Area.

Everything happens under one roof: our own design and engineering team, an interiors factory, a metal shop and project management. Behind them is a network of specialist suppliers, craftsmen and superyacht facilities across the Pearl River Delta.

Refit

Through StellarRENEW we start with a digital twin of your yacht, made by 3D laser scanning and point cloud processing. We then design and build the refit components at our Zhuhai factory while the yacht stays in service.

The finished components are installed at the owner's chosen yard, under StellarPM supervision, by our specialist installation teams, or both.

We design and build three yacht series.

Every StellarPM yacht is built to Lloyd's Register Hull Construction Certified +100A1 SSC, Yacht, Mono, G6 as standard. We can also build to any other full or additional classification a client wants.

Founder

Christopher Holmes founded StellarPM and is its Executive Director. He has more than 35 years in large yacht construction.

He led engineering and production at the largest US yacht builder of the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s, and became one of the most respected names in superyachting in the US and in international markets.

He set up StellarPM to work across the wider market. Since then he has been involved in scores of refits, new builds and yard management projects, and StellarPM is now recognised as a leader in Asian superyacht construction and refit.

Every StellarPM project runs on ProjectPerfect, our own web-based earned value system. It tracks every hour and cost against the baseline schedule and budget, and reports live to owners, captains, yacht management companies and project managers.
